It’s Not Just About the Baby—It’s About You, Too

A common misconception is that parenting programs only focus on child care or what to expect during birth. But Journey to Fatherhood takes a different approach. This program is designed to support the whole person behind the parent. We focus on:

Emotional readiness – Helping you process your thoughts, anxieties, and hopes for fatherhood.

Relationship dynamics – Offering tools to strengthen communication and partnership during this major life transition.

Identity and purpose – Exploring how fatherhood fits into your larger story as a man, partner, and individual.

Community support – Connecting with other fathers on a similar journey so you don’t have to figure it all out alone.
